DELFT WORLD MUSIC COLLECTIVE
WORKSHOPS AND CONCERTS
The Delft World Music Ensemble project is a dynamic initiative designed to promote cultural unity and appreciation through world music. Running from March to December, it consists of 32 ensemble rehearsals at the De Wending Community Center, culminating in a celebratory concert at the Rietveld Theater. The project targets a diverse audience, including Delft's youth and various cultural groups, with the goal of enriching participants' musical skills and fostering intercultural understanding. Led by Juliano Vendemiatti and featuring guest artists from various global music traditions, the program offers participants a comprehensive exploration of international music styles and cultures, culminating in a public performance that showcases their collaborative achievements.
